got paid today i was soooo happy all the extra time last week means i got paid more and i forgot about another extra day i did because i got paid more than i thought i would so i am ecstatic! gonna buy that pair of shoes i had my eye on and i'm going shopping with my mother tomorrow

it's february and it's bloody freezing haha it's apparently going to snow this weekend, but i really hope that it doesn't because i hate that afterwards stage where it's not snow anymore it's just solid ice, it takes me back to that really bad january we had like two years ago now

that january was magic though, it was just so rare and unique and i got an extra week's holiday..i remember walking out of my house still intending to go to school that morning and i just thought that it was normal snow because it never snows that much where i live but i took one step out of the front door and my foot sank down to about my mid-calf which i know isn't that deep but it was pretty weird for me and the world was just so silent and still i could not hear any traffic whatsoever just my dad trying to scrape snow off the window of the car and the men at the end of the road talking


then i went back inside got changed and downloaded loads of music hahahaha and i didn't like any of it either

but i don't think that it'd be magic now if it happened because once that magic first day was over it was actually a bit hellish...fun because i spent the week watching most haunted with my dad but when i had to go back to school it was a nightmare because as i said the snow just solidified and it was horrible to walk over everyone turned up to school in their boots and wellies and our teachers still wouldn't let us wear improper footwear inside the building lmao, i remember them sending a girl home because she didn't bring spare shoes she just wore her wellies

how ridiculous is that?

but anyway i just hope it doesn't snow again, but i almost don't care because weekend is nearly here and it's looking like it'll be fun
