on tuesday i went to edinburgh :) we got the train to edinburgh and it took like 3 hours and 45 minutes i felt sick at first but then we started discussing things like 'for a hundred pounds would you strip naked and run up and down the train?' so it distracted me

then we arrived in edinburgh and went straight to the hotel which was only like a 10 minute walk away from the train station, we had two rooms for the 6 of us the rooms were pretty simple but comfortable enough..we hung around there for a bit then had a wander around the high street to find somewhere to eat that night and we found this place called frankensteins which did food and cocktails

we went back to the hotel after buying some alcohol from tescos haha and got ready to go out again the restaurant was nice the food was good and the atmosphere was friendly but we went back to the hotel earlier than we thought we would because we were so tired from travelling

back at the hotel we drank some more, chatted and then went to bed

going to edinburgh on tuesday..getting the train at about 12, then we're going for a meal that evening..the next day we have a full day in edinburgh and at 9.30 we're going on a ghost tour ;) bit nervous about that haha my opinions on ghosts change depending on who i'm around but i'm easily scared..we're going out for cocktails afterwards then we go home on the thursday

yeah overall i'm looking forward to it, it should be gooood better than sitting in all day

then on the saturday we're going out in town because my brother and his wife are moving away and it's like their leaving do, they've said i can bring a friend so it should be all right :)

well the first one was at nandos (i love nandos) and it was a good night but we didn't really do much, second night we went to tgi fridays, food wasn't bad but the service there was absolutely shit but it was funny because they sang happy birthday to my friend

and then afterwards we went to a bar for cocktails and that was so much fun because we obviously got dead giddy and had a really long chat about things and it was really funny the things you find out about your friends when they've got some alcohol in them

so i'm having a really lazy day today i started to do some college work but i couldn't be bothered, i'll do it tomorrow
